We have secure RV parking for your “toys”.

Our homes enjoy fresh water from a Community Well whose water quality is tested daily and results posted for you to view. Our homes are all on a septic system which is monitored and in good condition. We offer high speed internet, satellite television, and Bell Telephone communications network. The Ottawa Citizen is delivered to your door on a daily basis, and flyers are delivered to the mailbox area every Thursday.

Our roads have an asphalt base, are well maintained, and in winter are ploughed immediately after each snowfall.

Our residents gather several times a year for pot-luck dinners, picnics and a fall “Snow Bird Farewell” dinner.
